A Commitmemt To Relevant Bible Teaching

We believe that the Bible is God's inspired, trustworthy rule of faith and practice for all Christians and is PROFITABLE to them (2 Timothy 3:16). It is both timeless and timely and relevant to all people at all times. We must be committed to encourage disciples to follow Christ in all areas of life through the teaching of Scripture.

A Commitment To Lay Leadership Ministry

We believe that the primary responsibility of the pastoral staff is to equip our people for ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12). Therefore, the pastoral staff will spend much of its time equipping our multi gifted people to become disciples in their homes, small group ministries, communities, workplaces and schools.

A Commitment To Genuine Life Change

We believe that God wants all of his people to experience a genuine, biblical life change, which involves godliness and true holiness (1 Peter 1:15-16). Therefore, we are committed to every formable effort including but not limited to small group ministries as being the best vehicle to make this happen.

A Commitment To Team Work and Ethics

We believe that New Testament  ministry is team-work and ethical-based ministry (Mark 6:7). Therefore, whenever possible, we will conduct our staff and lay ministry with a team-based effort which includes strong family ministries.

A Commitment To Creativity, Innovation and Relevance

In today's rapidly changing world, we believe that our ministry methods are flexible while our biblical principals are fixed (1 Corinthians 9:19-23). Therefore, while we maintain our principles, we will regularly evaluate and change our forms of ministry as to remain relevant to our times (1 Chronicles 12;32), lest we become an outdated ministry of motifs.

A Commitment To Total Growth

Although numerical growth is not a significant goal in and of itself, we believe that God wants us to reach as many people as possible with the gospel message (Matthew 28:19-20). Therefore, we will pursue methods that will facilitate numerical growth without compromising our integrity or commitment to biblical truth, even to the point of incorporating modern marketing mandates and methods. This growth will be in totality format having physical, mental, spiritual and economic characteristics.
